If a problem should occur with any of our products or our service you must contact us immediately and we will do all in our power to correct the problem as swiftly and efficiently as possible for you.


In the event of a product or service not being satisfactory to you, you will be required to contact us immediately by writing and return the goods in their entirety unopened package within 24 hours to receive full reimbursement for all charges incurred.


You can cancel your order any time before delivery and up to 7 working days after delivery. To do this you are required to contact us by email. We'll refund your money, excluding the original postage, within 30 days. If you do cancel then I'm afraid you must return the goods to us at your own expense and you'll also be responsible for the risk of loss or damage in transit.
